Team Leader, Library Shop

Supervising a high performing Library Shop team in the delivery of a dynamic retail opportunity while ensuring a customer-driven, streamlined retail experience. This includes Undertaking the day to day operations of the Library Shop, delivering on key service objectives and organisational priorities
Coordinating the curation of book titles, gifts and stationery ranges to ensure that the shop's range is current and relevant. This includes the agile curation of merchandise responsive to the market and coordinating effective sales and visual merchandising strategies to promote and showcase local authors, stories and creators.
Engaging, building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders including library staff, industry, government and external suppliers to ensure that content is targeted, relevant and appropriate for the community and audience.
Coordinating sales, cash handling, float reconciliation, inventory management, customer orders and inquiries. This also includes supporting the Coordinator in managing the staffing roster.
