EOI - Administrative Officer - Infrastructure Business and Operational Support
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and accordingly any appointment (and extension to this appointment) will not extend beyond 12 months.
In this role you will have responsibility for (but not limited to):
Front counter reception services to support the functions of Facilities and Events including Fleet Management, Office Accommodation and Conference Services.
Data entry and basic level data collection and analysis, spreadsheets and databases, administrative and executive support services including the allocation of vehicle and carparks using in house systems.
Providing support around the allocation of government identification and access cards
Perform a variety of other administrative tasks and support services as directed by a nominated manager or team leader.
Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner as an active member of a functionally diverse work team.
While there are no mandatory requirements for this role, the following skills and attributes would be highly regarded:
A valid C Class Licence and be confident in driving various sized vehicles, within the Brisbane CDB and surrounding areas, to facilitate fleet vehicle maintenance.
Ability to quickly acquire the knowledge and skills to utilise various in-house systems.
Confident in both verbal and written communication styles.
